When are you most happy?
The mind is a super power. There is nothing on planet earth that can challenge the human mind. Even if you were imprisoned in the most gruesome gallows at the farthest end of the earth and asked to find happiness you can still do it.
All you have to do is close your eyes and think of all the good things you can be grateful for. You will need an intense focus to discern things. You will find in no time a powerful light of realisation enter you to blast the prison walls and set you free. Now that feeling is called Joy and is the a thousand times more powerful than happiness.
Joy drives action. Happiness begets stagnation and sorrow. Seek Joy more than Happiness.
Joy is what comes at the time you need it most. Happiness does not comply with a similar form of loyalty. You will have to keep searching for happiness while joy is right there. As illustrated with example of the prison, all you need to do is close your eyes count to ten and think of all people whom you should be grateful for.

When you take to being noble, you ascend from happiness to a finer form called Joy.
Happiness is the very basal form of what evolves into Joy. Happiness is what everyone yearns to attain. They give their entire self to it. Some even sacrifice a life time in search of it. But Joy is the decision of a single moment called ‘ The Now.’
Another way to find joy in an instant is in Prayer. Pray incessantly. It doesnt matter whether your prayers are answered are not. But keep praying. The very act of praying will deliver you to discern joy. Joy is the only thing you need to drive action more than Happiness.
Seek Joy. Be Joyful 😊
